It didn't start with a business plan. It started with a volunteer shift.
Spell Shield was born in the trenches. While volunteering our time with non-profits, we saw a dangerous pattern: the organisations doing the most critical work were often operating with the weakest defences, hamstrung by tight budgets, outdated tools, and a lack of strategic guidance.
We realised that “security” had become a luxury product. That wasn’t right.
So we built Spell Shield to fix the imbalance. We combined high-level technical expertise with a social-enterprise model, creating a partner that can defend a corporate network just as fiercely as it defends a community centre.
